Wellbeing, Relationship and Parenting Coaching with a twist.

I am a both a qualified Counsellor and a qualified Life Coach who is known by the name MzCee. What makes me different from other coaches is that I combine both Counselling and Coaching together in order to get a more widespread, detailed analysis on the individual/s that I work with. My work specialises in Wellbeing, Relationships and Parenting and my focus is to dive into that deep end pool and grab hold of both your hands. That suffocating, drowning feeling is worked on immediately before anything else. We then take the strokes together exploring the past and discovering situations, actions and behaviours in order for me to get a better understanding of my clients. We then take strides swimming and placing goggles on in order to truly see and understand why you have almost drowned. This is about being completely transparent and being able to sift through biting points. With goggles now on, you now truly see clearly things that you possibly wanted to avoid.This is where the real work begins and this may be tough. I can reassure you that waves can and have been swam through. 

As soon as your feet touch the surface, your almost at the shallow end.This is when the Coaching begins. Acceptance, commitment and fulfilment is the base that is then worked on. Setting attainable, reachable and realistic goals is then key to this work. Homework, role play and accountability are the rules for the avoidance of sinking and a true sense of fulfilment is then blossomed into empowerment. Your head is now above water and a breath of new fresh air is now taken.

It is impossible to be in the deep end struggling, scared and anxious to then be gracefully swimming in the shallow end. It takes work and commitment. Pausing in the water results in sinking! I offer a wide range of coaching sessions which, include one-on-one sessions, couple coaching, group coaching, family coaching, coaching for children and my new successful services which is Coaching for Black absent fathers. This is one of my new services which enables Black absent fathers to reach out and initiate a relationship with thier offspring without the need for court situations. The aim here is firstly, sessions of truth and reality. Really opening up and being honest about current situations. We then establish a 'reach out' point where a 'conversation' is held between father and child. Again, this may be a difficult process but, that life jacket needs to remain on! This is then developed into building and maintaining relationships in order to move on comfortably.
